Valentine's Day

Next week, on February 13th we will celebrate Valentine's Day in our classroom.  We decided as a class to eliminate bringing in food and snacks and to have fun while keeping it simple.

We will of course pass out Valentines.  If you would like to pass out Valentines, please be sure to make a Valentine for each member of our classroom.  (A list will go out this week)  No special gifts should be given.  Students should bring in a box or container to hold Valentines.

 If you would like to make a special box, we will be having a contest for the boxes brought in that day.  There are three categories you can try to win for:
1.  Most Original Valentine Box
2.  Funniest Valentine Box
3.  Most beautiful Valentine Box
We will vote as a classroom on the best box for the above categories.  You may only enter your box into one category.

Upon completion of the Valentine Box Competition, we will be play board games that we bring in from home.
