Art Discovery Projects

Today as part of our Art Discovery Program, each student at Westwood Elementary School painted a T-shirt in the style of "Starry Night" by Vincent Van Gogh.  The students all gathered outside under the front awning and went to work to create some wonderful interpretations of this painting.  Hopefully each child came home today full of excitement about their creations.  :)

Special thank you to PTO and Art Discovery for funding this program and purchasing shirts and paints.

Finally, a special thank you to Mrs. Wojtas and Mrs. Schramel for being our Art Discovery Parents this year.  We are truly blessed to have you come into our classroom each month to work with us and artistically inspire us!  :)  You're the best!  :)
