Trail of History

What an amazing day we had today at the Trail of History.  It was a bit blustry, but we saw some amazing presentations depicting 19th century life in the midwest.  We saw Sweedish Immigrants, an Indentured Servant, Native American tools and weapons, we participated in building a log cabin, and even attended a pioneer school house.
The students had a great time and were very attentive listeners to the speakers.  Here are a few pictures from our day.

Thank you to our parent volunteers for attending, and to all parents that helped keep the day waste free by packing lunches in containers.
Have a wonderful weekend,
Mrs. Wagner  :)

Mrs. Wagner, I had an amazing time at the Trail of History! I liked going back in time to the 19th century and seeing what life was like then. Have a nice weekend and thank you for taking us on such a fun field trip! :)
